P0302 code on 2004 4 cyl after sitting 3 weeks

Was running fine 3 weeks ago. After starting it yesterday it was running poorly, bucking and barely idling. The MIL light was blinking. Was almost on empty, filled it up and drove for awhile, was missing intermittently. MIL came on and stayed on. Was running worse under load in OD. Found code P0302. Check the plugs and they looked ok. They have never been changed (35k mile). I plan on changing them today.

Any other suggestions?

Found this on Toyotaproblems.com about a TSB, but can't find any actual details.
