Error codes 07 LE

Hey guys. So here is the story. My sister who doesnt know jack about cars decided to leave one of the back windows open and hit the window lock. My dad who also doesnt know jack about cars took it to work the next day and couldnt figure out why the back window wouldnt close.
So what he decides to do is get his dumbass work buddies, excuse my language, and they decide to take out fuses to see the problem. Then a smart guy comes along and notices the window lock button and closed the window. So after this happened the car started acting weird. First of all the check engine light is on. Secondly I noticed the car wont start on the first attempt. It would start and then quickly turn off. So when you start it again it fires up. And the third thing I noticed was that for an example, when im going on like 50 km/h and i accelerate harder to pass someone, it struggles to shift. The RPM passes 3000 and you can here the engine noise increasing but it doesnt shift.
So we took it to my mechanic today and they did the diagnostics and it gave 3 error codes.
P0037 - Oxygen sensor heater control circuit low
P0102 - Mass air flow circuit low
P2799 - Engine immobilizer system

How could have this happened? is there any relation to my dad taking out the fuses?
I took it to the dealer today to see what they say. Now I am waiting to hear back from them. Hopefully no hefty charges. (understatement) :P
