Has this happened to anyone else? Whats the fix?

That's how the system is designed to work, pretty much all the OEM remote start systems by Toyota will shut the car off when you unlock it.

It is a safety feature for the OEM remote start. There is nothing that can be done. Only other option is to remove the OEM remote start and install an aftermarket. Viper, Python, Clifford and other brands do not have this problem. __________________ CarDomain
