Gen5 Odd braking issue...

Have a 2003 Camry XLE with the 2AZ-FE with 140k and disc brakes all around.

When I'm slowing down and braking I'll hear a 'squeak'/thump that's tied to the speed of the car. It's not loud at all, doesn't seem to affect braking either, but it's driving me freakin nuts. Squeak isn't really the right word but I can't think of how else to describe it. It's a lower pitch than the squealer indicator and only happens when I'm braking. Seems to be more noticeable as I go slower (under 20mph or so),

Checked the front pads/rotors and everything looks fine. Replaced those pads with OEM a while ago and there's still plenty of meat left on em.

I had uneven pad wear in the back, pulled it apart and had a seized up caliper pin on the drivers side. Replaced the pads, pins, turned the rotors, and even put a new caliper bracket on. Took it for a test drive and I still get this odd thump/squeak when braking.

I'm really on this one. Anyone ever had anything like this?

When you hear the thumping, does it sound like it's coming from all around or just from the front end? Also, is it just a single thump or a repetitive thumping?

Good point, it is repetitive and continues until I stop. Seems to be coming from the front, but it is hard to tell cause it's fairly quiet...

The rears were just turned, but I suppose it could be the fronts. No real vibration in the steering wheel though...

Possibly a very slight warp? Any way to test this other than throwing new rotors on?

Have a professional look them over.

They're cheap so might as well just replace them.

I'm thinking bad ABS sensors, or something else wrong with the ABS system. Whether that's it or not, I'd agree with Punks_Not_Dead5 and have a professional check them out.
