Gen6 *Added Pics* Some Pics of my 07 Camry/ Rubbing suggestions

*I know picture quality still sucks.. i need to get a real camera soon..*

Been on these forums for a while.. I help out where I can.. My specialities are electronics/car audio/security/air suspension... Finally gonna put a few pics of my camry up.. Havent had time to takeany good pics.. But I will soon..
I am also have some rubbing issues.. im on 19's.. coilovers.. and have 9.5 rims in the rear with 8.5 up front.. 225/40/19's all the way around..

My rears rub evenly.. fender grazes sidewall of tires.. considering rolling/ trimming.. any suggestions/experiences??

Also my front right tire rubs pretty bad.. but my drivers side does not.. kind of wierd.. I have included pictures to show this.. I believe there is a bold attaching the fender to the bumper that is rubbing my tire. I was wondering if shaving this down a bit would help at all.. maybe just like 1/4 of the bolt.. it should still hold in place but will hopefully give sum more clearance to the tire.. either that or cutting that tab off completely and relocating.. Any suggestions on this would also be appreciated..

Finally i just got my car aligned and have a slight pull to the left.. after driving on the freeway about 65mph.. and after counting to about 10to 15 seconds it slightly starts going left.. I should probably go get it realigned right??

Okay enough of all the talk.. any help with my issues would be greatly appreciated.. here are some pics.. Hopefully i can wash my car this weekend and get some better ones.

Thanks to everyone that has helpd me on the forum so far.. Cant remember everyones names but i know Pawel and Princess helped me with my tire/rim selection and my choice to go with coilovers.. Thanks guys!

offsets?

that bolt your talking about does cut it close if you drop your car a decent amount. I have no troubles with that bolt, but if i do recall, pawel and vick shaved off that bolt on vicks car because it did rub alot for him.

I think the camry is known to pull to the left, at least mine does even after my alignment.

Roll your fenders if you have not yet done that.

+1 on what the offset is.

And for sure roll the fenders that will take a lot of the rubbing away if not all.

the pulling could have to do with your tires...and how it rides on the road... summer and performance tires tend to follow the cracks in the road which causes your car to pull one way or the other.

Mine goes straight as an arrow..

That is sick whats going on with those ac controls.
Someone is very talented.

Does that touch screen have any vehicle control functions or strictly audio/video related?

Offset is +38

Did they shave it completely off or just trim it down?? Im assuming shaving it completely off would cause the bumper to not be very stable?? Is that correct or am i able to shave it completely off??

thats good to kno about the pulling cuz its drivin gme crazy!!

How is everyone rolling their fenders?? are they actually using the rolling tools?? Or has anyone been successfull with the baseball bat method??

Thanks!! Surprisingly the ac controls only took about an hour to relocate.. the hardest part was building the center dash piece out of carbon fiber..

The center of my dash is a 10.4 inch touchscreen computer that i built.. It does have the capability to control relays so i could control thing sin teh car.. (such as windows.. locks.. trunk.. etc) the cooler parts of it are the OBD interface where youcan view engine codes.. air fuel ratio.. throttle position.. etc.. plus it has internet through an aircard.. so you can listen to pandora.. facebook.. view traffic cams for congestion.. toyota nation.. haha whatever.. its fun.

I will get more better clear pics of my car soon.. It is still a work in progres... im stil finishing up the leather seats.. as well as trying to finish up kickpanels for it and reupholstering the inside...

Hopefullt this weekend i can get it wased and get some decent pictures of it... for now here are a couple more pic of the dash....

+1

I can understand people going for 18" or 19" wheels and dropping the car a bit but there is NO reason to install extra-wide wheels and tires on a FWD car...especially a staggered setup.

LOL it just seems like you've gone on the excessive side.

Thats why i converted mine to RWD...

haha. jk.. Yes i understand where you guys are coming from.. But I like the way it sits.. We are all here to do something different or make our cars "better" from stock. If we all wanted to stay safe and put boundaries on ourselves we would just shut the whole forum down and all just keep our cars bone stock and take our car to the dealership for they're scheduled maintenances..

People told me the same thing with my dash..
"that screen's not gonna fit.." yes it did
"moving your AC controls is impractical.." maybe for you
"you have to reach all the way to adjust ur ac??" i got long arms. haha

I coulda gone with a double din and be just like EVERYONE else.. but i didnt.. And i like the screen in my car.. Just because i hit a few bumps in the road doesnt mean i stop.. I worked through it and the end result was worth it in my opinion...

My wide wheels are just as pointless as people putting lips or bodykits on their cars.. sure their probably gonna scrape a little more.. but they like the way it looks. thats what counts.

Anyways I appreciate the suggestion but i do like my wheels.. I was just looking for sum suggestions on reducing tire rub.. was just hoping someone had some more insight on the issue.. :/

Thanks for the replies though guys.. I am sure when I get older I'll do everything safer or more "proper" cuz i'll be too lazy to be tweaking everything just to drive my car haha.. but for now im young.. gotta put my energy somewhere rite? lol
