Gen5 110k miles on suspension = alot?

Hi guys, I have approx. 110 k miles on my 03 Camry SE i4 suspension and I'm wondering if the suspension may have degraded much since new. While I can't say for sure I think the ride might not be as sharp as when new.
If I were to "freshen up" my suspension what would you suggest? Would I need all new struts or would new springs only suffice?
I'm a girl so don't know all that much about suspension I'm afraid so would appreciate your advice. (however if you need a lip stick recommendation I'm your "man").
Thanks fellas.
Nancy.

ps. I read through a number of suspension threads but didn't really find what I was looking for.
pss. By the way the 03 Camry Se is the best car I've ever owned by far...I haven't had to so much as change out a bulb since buying it new. I'm impressed. My next car will definitely be a Toyota.

Are your struts squeaking when you go over a bump, or your car bouncing alot? The idea that your ride isnt that sharp anymore may be a placebo effect.

However, if anything was going to go, I would think its the struts first. Haven't heard of springs going bad that they got weaker...

If you decide to replace the struts on the SE, get KYB. Also, make sure its the kind for the 02-03. 04-06 changed their design a little, requiring new springs.

my 2000 avalon has 130K+ miles, original struts. excessive bounce on certain road and rear strut sound like empty box when going over a bump noisy!!!!

But go to http://justsuspension.com/?___store=kyb_outlet I think its the cheapest place to buy KYB struts and parts. thinking about ordering from them but money is a problem right now. but hope that helps!

BTW, quick question, What should/need to be replace? like the bearing? mount? bellow? ect.

Probably time for some new ones, although my 95 Mustang with 150k still has the original struts! (Trust me, though, it's not a comfy ride at all, very bouncy!)

My 2005 Camry is on stock struts @ 136,000 miles. It fails the bounce test miserably. Rides like a nightmare on bumpy surface streets and just like KoG506 -- my rear suspension also sounds like an empty box klanking around when I go over sharp bumps!

Yeah time to get new struts and mounts. My rear struts were finished at 130k.
