2011 SE Roof popping noise, dealer is clueless

I have a 2011 SE with a sun roof and I have a sound that sounds like a rock rolling around every time I turn or go over a speed bump or incline. With only 11k miles I am very annoyed and was basically told to f off by the service department. I have heard there is a tsb for this. Any ideas? If they dont fix it its going for the lemon law. I refuse to spend 25k on a car and not have this fixed. Extremely annoying. Any ideas would be great.

I think it's the welding, I also have that problem on my '09 SE with sunroof.

well if it were me getting told to "F" off from the service dept, toyota corp would be getting an earful....

whenever you allow a service dept to tell you to "F" off, you need to hunker down and take aim and let go with a barrage of shit they ain't seen the likes of...

Check out this TSB..I had 2 problems with my sunroof amd my DLR. Fixed both of them.

Are U sure it isn't debris rolling around in the sunroof frame, like a small rock or acorn?

Or, for that matter, a nut left by a sloppy installer?
