Ouch! On a curb? I'd just look for a professional shop. Not something I'd tackle myself because you risk making it look awfully worse if you don't know what you're doing.
For something like that, I would probably take a mallet and wack it into place. A body shop would probably do the same thing. If not, they might charge you a couple hundred to fix and probably repaint if the paint is chipped.
the paint isnt chipped.. its very minor. just sorta bent out of place 1-2 inches off the flush of the door. i tried craigslist.. 3 people quoted me over 150$ to fix it.. which seems kinda excessive. what should i do?

im really considering the rubber mallet... 150$ to fix this .. seems like too much for me.. from the picture u can tell that its not alot of work... now i need to find a mallet.

lol I cant see the rubber mallet idea doing any good. It will prob cause more harm than good ... And i bet your paint will start chipping when you try it
i wouldnt recommend bending it back because most likely you will still see the crease where the bend was. Second which is even worse, you may crack the paint. I did it on my last car towards the top edge of the door and the paint cracked . Learn from my mistake... and respraying the door is much more costly. I would just take it to a body shop and pay the 150. But thats just cause of my past experience

^ no chip or dent on your car at all? U must never get on the highway.
U should use your car like a car buddy. It's not a trophy that you polish and keep behind glass case and never touch. Unless you are a collector like Jay Leno.
There are some other touch up methods too, check out the touch up isle at your local auto stores.
$150 doesn't seem bad at all, especially since it's an incredibly easy thing to mess up and could potentially cost you more $$ to fix it afterward, especially if the paint gets cracked which is very possible trying to just bend it back.
