NAV: Interstate POI Along Route Not Working

hello...i have tried searching and i can't find an answer to my nav problem. i have a 2011 navi and just updated the disc.

i cannot get my POI's "along route" to come up on Interstates. they work fine on surface roads, but on Interstates, it will just say no POIs found... as i ride by hundreds of them.

it doesn't matter if i use speach or pull over and use the touch screen.

it's like if the POI is more than 50 feet off the road, it won't show. garmin, tom tom and vz nav all show POI's along the route on Interstates.

anyone else have this issue? my local toyota dealer just looked at it and they couldn't figure it out either.

The only thing the voice-activated feature will do is allow you to pick a destination you have saved already. It's not meant for POI's.

Stupid question, but did you zoom in the screen a bit?
