USB on 2011 camry LE basic audio system

Does anyone know if an USB connector can be installed on the basic Head unit. The functions are listed on the radio face and display but, no usb installed. Is there a connector on back of unit to install USB?

I didn't see anything on the back on my stock head unit when I put an aftermarket one in. Other thing I could think of is tapping into the auxillary circuit on the PCB but I have no idea how to hook that up. Good luck.

there is no usb connection on stock unit.
you need someting like that if you want to have USB port in your car.
it plugs into CD changer connection.

Or you can hook up an i-Pod connector kit, which will integrate your i-Pod through the radio then (which the AUX connector won't really do).

Does the 2011 Camry have the USB port right next to the AUX port in the box under the head unit?

It's listed to be an option, so I think you can ask the dealer to install it.

^If you have the upgraded stereo, it will.
The CE won't have it, the LE and SE it's an option, and standard on the XLE. I have it on my SE.
