New tire - new problem

hey guys, I just got 2 new front tires 3 days ago, el 400 turanza and my steering wheels shaking horriblely when driving 55 mph. The guy who did my tire installation told me that is the allignment issue so when I get it done but still not fixed. So I asked him for a rotation and the problem is fixed. So :
Are these new tires got bad balance even it has been rebalanced twice 2 different places.
Are these new tires defected ? When I asked him replace for me 2 new ones he said it's ok but I have to wait 30-90 days, but now he can't find 2 old tires ????
Please help me with your exp

First, i must say that i am very sorry that you purchased the EL400's. My car came with them from the factory and they were absolutely terrible. Burned through them in 8000 miles. Second, Take the car to a place with a good hunter road force balancer. They will be able to detect excessive tire and wheel run-out (side to side movement) caused by a defective tire. Some just come with broken belts inside of them. Its just an all around better machine to balance tires with. That was the only way i was able to get my after market rims/tires to quit vibrating at highway speeds.

The storte you purchased the tires from is screwing you over...the tires are messed up and they need to replace them with some other new tires.

^ What 1956kiteboarder said. The new tires are almost certainly defective, especially if you did not have this vibration problem before you replaced those 2 tires. They may have a broken belt in one of the tires that is causing the vibration. It also shouldn't take 30-90 days to replace them. You need to be more firm with the place that replaced the 2 tires. If they are a corporate chain store, I would contact their home office or customer service department and explain your experience and displeasure with that particular store. If they are a local store only, I would contact your local Better Business Bureau.

I personally wouldn't touch a Bridgestone with a 20' pole.

As others said, if things were fine before the new tires maybe have a word with Bridgestone about your experience and their Platinum Pact Warranty:

Are these new tires defected ?
turanza not the best tires, but not that bad either. they very good on dry and wet road, in the corners too, but got poor snow traction.
and you can get up to 30K out of them.
from what you stated looks like tires got excessive road force variation-geometry and gravity forces changing under load.
never heard about this problem on famous brand tires, usually they easy to balance.
see if they can re balance them again.
ask when their machine was calibrated last time, they should do it once a month at least.
it took Discount Tires 3 times to balance my tires once, later they said their machine was not calibrated right.

The balance suppose to fix any bad in the tire. They use weight to re-balance the tire. The only thing the tire have to do is be round. It is possible both balance place did a bad job. 3rd time is the charm?

You will not be able to properly balance a tire with a broken or shifted belt.
