trouble shooting cooling fan's 2003 Camry

On my wife's 2003 Toyota Camry I had to change thermostat ,temp control sensor ,plus took the throttle body off the car and cleaned it. my question is at what temp does the cooling fan turn on? What's the best way to trouble shot the cooling fans?

Was able to figure it out after doing a lot of researching on internet , I first bleed the radiator of any air pockets by turning heat control to hottest setting ,left blower off and removed the radiator cap,let Camry idle for about 15 mins with cap off to let coolant flow out top of radiator, then afterwords put cap back on . then after letting car get at operating temp , I turned the air control to cold setting and turned the air on,fans came on.from what I read if the fan wouldn't have came on once i turned on the air conditioner ,then I would have had to do more trouble shooting. I knew the fan motors was good ,cause I straight wired them to check .
I really like this forum, lot of good info, keep up the good work..
