Seems dealerships don't give a crap about other people's cars.. especially minors. I'd keep searching for a lawyer to talk to. This isn't right one bit, they should really cough up a new car for you.

You have to file a lawsuit.

I wouldn't settle with a fixed-fcked-up car.

I know I heard from my coworkers that Longo Toyota is no good.

I dont even think i can try to lemon the car now that it has been in a major accident
Dude if you had so many problems before the crash imagine how many more your going to have now whit frame damage and all the rattling and new noises that are going to develop. Ii I were you talk to a lawyer get oriented on what steps to take and if all else fails take them to court. knowing that you have 2011 car whit more than 10GS in damage is like some one squeezing your Ball### every time you make your monthly payments.

yeah hopefully it all works out because i told them this was a good thing for them they just got to put a car in the collision center i think they are charging the insurance about 6000 for parts and the rest is all labor so they are making bank. and to top it off they already gave me a option to trade in the car and buy a new one the only good catch about it is that they will look at it as if its never been in a accident they are offering me 16000 for it but on the other hand i owe 18000 on it so im going to have to still cough up 2000 to get rid of it and buy a hole new one from them all over again lol now that i think about it every direction i turn they are making money off of me somewhere
