05 Camry, I4. Water pump is leaking again, I'm on my 3rd pump in 70 K! Was replaced twice under warranty... but now i'm out of warranty.

Can anyone recommend a good aftermarket brand? I would normally replace with OEM but it seems like they don't last very long

I ordered mine from www.trdparts4u.com (aka Toyota of Dallas) it was a good price

thanks, i've ordered from toyota of dallas before, usually have good prices.

not looking for oem this time, because they only seem to last 20 - 30K. Either that or both times the dealership replaced it, they didn't install it properly!

What kind of coolant have you been using, and also, tap water or distilled??

Mine was dealer installed..and hasn't had any problems.

toyota pink coolant only which doesn't require mixing, so no tap or distilled water either.

my store carries GMB and we rarely get any returns; rock auto has a beck-arnley unit also but its a bit more expensive; i expect thier water pumps should be the same high quality as thier other stuf
