Mirrors stop working after dealer check ?

I am so sad to tell that after pay 58.99 for oil change, check fluid, brake clean up and car wash at Toyota dealership. My mirror stop working and I dont know why. I dont know the issue until I noticed that my right mirror postion has been changed and tried to resetup it. They did change oil for me but somehow forgot to reset the Maintance light system so I asked again and get it done. So my question is does the wrong reset maintance light steps cause my mirror died ? or the car wash ???
Plese answer me ASAP

I don't think the oil reset relate to the mirror.

yeah go back and get it checked. Maybe the car wash caused a short circuit? or maybe the tech banged it?

The mirror position was probably changed by the car wash-that happens to me all the time. I doubt the maintenance light has a connection to the mirror not working anymore.

To be honest, it was probably some weird coincidence with the car wash. I've gotten all my cars (with power mirrors) car washes on a nearly weekly basis and haven't had any problems, but if the mirror was angled a certain way the water may have hit the motor pretty hard.

Check the fuses for the mirrors. Take it back.
