iPad and iPhone together on bluetooth?

Has anyone connected two bluetooth devices like an iPad and iPhone and have them both work simultaneoulsly?

I have a 2010 Camry SE with the JBL audio and what I want to do is connect my iPad for Navigation and music while still being able to use my iphone for just phone calls. But when one device is in use like my ipad, my iphone is no longer connected.

Is there a way to just use my iPad for strickly Bluetooth Audio purposes and have my iphone as strickly a Bluetooth Phone? I tried searching this forum for answers but found nothing. Thanks to anyone who can help!

Not very well. The system isn't designed to handle both at the same time-it will cut one or the other out always. That's why there's a USB port for situations like that. Hopefully in the future the system will be updated to handle both at the same time, but currently it can't.

Not possible(right now). The system only allows one device to be connected to it at a time. It would be nice though.

That's what I was afraid of. I just really like having my ipad in my Camry because it's so useful and has a great big screen for nav and music. Oh well, Thanks for answering my question!
