Maintenance light is flashing

Hey Guys i have an 07 camry V6 n today i finally had the teins installed which i bought off a member from this forum but i noticed when i start the car up the light blinks for a little while after the car its started (more than usual) and i just had an oil change a few weeks ago so i know its not that the problem any ideas. Ill take it to dealer on friday for an alignment but other than that i dont have clue any of you guys had this issue?

Thanks exclusive its possible when i had my oil changed the last time maybe the tech forgot to reset it. Its just that it happened right after i got these springs installed lead me to think something could be wrong.

the maintenance light is only for oil change, I don't think it's used for anything else
did it flash after xx,000? it flashes every 4500 miles then stays solid at every 5k interval
