What sup guys, i've been on this forum since april 2009 back when i got the car. I try to stay active on here and finally figured i'd make update thread for my car. I've been slowly modding here over the years. Here's a couple of pics of when i first got the car and how it sits now. Feel free to comment or whatever

Hey how much did you spend on your SE grille? I've been looking to switch to an SE grille for my '11 LE myself but they're kind of pricey. The OEM SE grilles for the 2010s and 2011s have been going for over $165 on eBay the past couple of months

I paid $79 shipped off ebay, its hard to come by i searched like every other day and finally found a black oem one and it was in great condition besides like 1 broken tab.

Switch out the oem shift knob with the Lexus is-f shift knob i got off ebay new for 90 bucks. lol I don't mind the height. It also fits perfectly in my hand, the OEM one was kind of big. lol

There is nothing like having an HID retrofit, and I do like the Lexus IS-F shift knob !!!

thank you kind sir, yup i love the retrofit i got it from John aka Lasgnman i forget his username but its something like that. I love the lexus is-f shift knob too.

Yes you got your retrofit from LnGasman-John, he is very good with retrofits, I built my own using acura MDX projectors with D2S Bulbs ..they are great a night. I painted my calipers red and my next mod is going to be the same strut brace that you have. And you are welcome !!!

yes he's a great guy...i was thinking of trying my own retrofit too with the mdx projectors i found a pair for 100 on ebay. Retrofit def makes a difference but pricey at the same time. Yeah it looked nice the capilers i seen it on your update thread. I got my strut bar from nextgentuning if i recall correctly i'm still thinking of getting the 19mm sway bar too.

Your car looks great! A long list of mods you have there. I really like the IS-F shift knob you installed.

I'm out of the retrofitting hobby... I gave most of my extra Gen6 headlights and parts to the trash can to make space in my garage. But I did save some of the internal white clips, projectors, and brackets - just in case. If you decide to build your own retrofit and find yourself needing parts, let me know - I just might have what you need.

Thanks John! Yeah i began to mod slowly and i love the IS-F shift knob too.

Really i guess the last retrofit you did was your gen 6.5 then? Did you get into a new hobby? lol. Thanks i will def hit you up if i ever try my own retrofit.
