Best engine to be swapped is the easiest engine to swap. Otherwise, if you go crazy with some big powerful engine, you're going to be spending crazy $$$ on a different wiring harness, PCM, motor mounts, custom exhaust, the list goes on.

99% of the time, it's cheaper to sell your current car and buy a more powerful car.

Same question in many engine swap threads. You can easily get your answer using the search and learn some too.

I learn the meaning of POWER in the game Grand Turismo. I sup up this vehicle so much, only problem is I can't race on any track that isn't strait. So much power that any turn would put it into a spin. It was only in a video game but I found it hard to win race with a car that has so much POWER. Learn so many sh in that game.

Gen 5.5 2mz-fe and call it a day, or even the Gen 5 1mz-fe.

That would be a tough fit. I'd personally go with what i suggested above. You'll still need the harness and prob custom work to the mounts etc.

I have a 1mz-fe and loveit, solid engine

That said, if youhave the funds, you can drop anything in it.

HP is rated at 200 from factory. Probably less cause of the mileage i have now (140k miles).

Seconds? i haven't done any 1/4 mile drags. I do mostly roadcourse tracks or oval.

Trading your car in for something faster would be the cheapest option in the long run.

Trade it in for a 5th gen V6.

And it being the greatest car ever made is all relative

first consider how to get the engine immobilizer to work. getting Techstream software and J2534 pass-through cable would take care of it. cost ~180bucks for me. great investment!
