100% clear tail lights?

I was wondering if it was possible to retrofit my camry 09 hybrid's tail lights such that it would be 100% clear. the only red on the lights as it is is around where the red LEDs for the brake lights are (lower outside corner of the lights)

my question really is, are the red pieces removable easily?

also, i know there is a rim of red that goes around the perimeter of the entire light fixture, is that also removable?
has anyone fumbled with these?

these are the Aus camry rear tails, more clear than the ones you showed. Not sure if you can get the red out though..

You could tint it black (the red part) and it would look better than red. Or get it body colour and paint the red body colour as a border

I dont think the red is removable. I think its the color of the clear plastic. As a reminder, taking it apart has a risk of getting dirt in and getting condensation if not resealed properly.
