5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
First off, thanks to everyone who provided comments/thoughts to my earlier thread when I considered trading in the Camry for a Pontiac G8 GT. Although the allure of a big V8 was intriguing, I decided to keep the Camry and change things up slightly to give it a different feel.
I had a carbon fiber vinyl wrap put on the roof and had my calipers repainted from black with a TRD decal to red with a Brembo decal.
May I ask what kind of wax you are using? The paint looks dripping wet! I love it.

Thanks. I use Meguiars Gold Class wax usually once to twice a year, but I then use an Armor All after wash wax gel product after each car wash. It applies on the car with your wet chamois and so I can wax the car in about two minutes. I love the product and because it's so easy to use, I do after every hand wash.
I was also in this situation and boy am happy that I got the 2011 Camry se...........its a 4 banger but im not really concernd about racing or speeding....just love the way it looks
I have been debating whether or not to do a carbon fiber roof on my mag grey camry, but I couldn't find any decent pics of one actually done. May I ask, is that the flat colored carbon fiber, or gloss? From the pics it kinda looks like it may be the flat, but I can't tell for sure. Thanks man, and your ride looks great. I do the same with the armor all wax after every wash.
