The listing of where the fuses are located and which fuse operates what is in your owner's manual. For the 2009 Camry (I happen to have the 09 manual sitting in front of me), the dome fuse is located in the engine compartment and it's a 10A. It also lists a few extra fuses are located on the cover of the fuse box, but yours may be a little different.
