Just wanted to post some pics of my old and new Camrys. An 87 year old lady in a Lexus ES crashed into my 2007 SE last July when I was at a stop light. The impact sent me into a curb. She said the sun was in the way..lol There were no injuries and the car did its job. The back glass shattered but the tint held it in place. The lady's insurance reimbursed my insurance and it was all good to go. It was a great car and I never had any problems, other than that sunroof popping noise, which was fixed. I was looking at other cars, but I kept returning to the Camry. So I got a 2011 Camry SE V6 with everything (with Smart Key access too) back in Sept 2010. I knew the 2012 was coming out, but I needed a car.

The Lexus was totalled because of her airbags. The lady was nice and sent me an apology card. In the end, she got a new 2011 Lexus ES. My airbags did not go off maybe because the front bumper was hit really low.

I like the looks of the SE body kit, suspension, charcoal perforated seats, etc. ;-)

I know what U mean, I like the SE more too. But stuff in the XLE that I wanted too. it was a hard choice, but it all come down to money so I went with SE.

Anyway, right now I went a bit beyond XLE.

Kinda like a sup up SE and XLE combine.

Welcome to the gen 6.5's haha. SE with the kit definitely makes the car look real good. Now lower it !!!

It's not really that hard to upgrade the SE to XLE standards aside from its climate control. The recline mechs are simple bolt ons that work on the SE's, all you really need is to find one totalled or buy and put them in, although the recline lever would need to be dyed black to match the interior.
