You're talking about the bottom part right? Just pull up from the corners until the clips get unhooked. As for the back part you have to take out the screws on the bottom, you'll see it after you take out the bottom part.
It'll separate itself from the back part, put ur fingers under the bottom cushion n u'll feel where the clips are. Pull as hard as u can until it pops out.

I read somewhere that the trick to pulling on a new seat cover is to first put the seat in a trash bag, then pull the new cover on over that. Once the cover is on, tear the trash bag out. You probably don't want to use a heavy lawn & leaf bag for that.
I tried to remove mine to get a Sirius wire thru, I gave up! The manual says reach up under the seat with both hands and lift up .... yeh right! You can see the clips, they are in about 12" from each end. Be careful, you could screw up your seat if you pull too hard out too far. I have read of people using flat boards.
If you get yours out, you're a better man that me!

U kiddin' me?!
The bottom cushion right? U have to pull right at the clips.
If u still can't do it, bring some friends n tell them to curse at u, then use all that anger to pull it out. <= Trust me, this works!!
