It's actually a tie down, for the Boat ride over from Japan...easy way to spot a J vin Camry!

Have you tried the dealership for a replacement?

wow, I did not see that hole on my car at all. When I got my clear bra I saw a cut there and always wonder what it was for cause my Camry hand nothing there but all solid bumper.

Google ToyotaPartsEast.com,fill in the info and look at the illustrations under " body." I just entered the info for a 2007 Japanesse Camry and saw the cover as# 52129B for less tha four dollars. Regards
