03 camry 2.4l throttle problem

i could use some help please!
i had a low idle issue so i removed and cleaned the air control valve.
this fixed the idle issue for a couple of days.

3 days later went out to start the car. it started but the rpm's were fluctuating up and down. I pressed on the gas and it acted like i wasn't even pressing the pedal. very little difference. it doesn't die but the rpm's fluctuate without pressing the pedal.

I did a diagnostics scan and it pulled up:p0113,p0121,p0122,p0222
fuel air metering issues.
i dont know where the throttle positioning sensor is or even if that is the issue.
Is the black electronic piece connected to the side of the throttle body assembly the TPS(throttle positioning sensor).
Does anyone know what component is failling?

first, check connector and connection on that valve you cleaned.
second, disconnect battery for 20 min or so.
than reconnect cable to the battery, turn ignition into AC on, but do not start and "teach" throttle body:
press gas pedal to the floor and than let it go couple times with 3-5 sec. intervals.
move you foot in slow to medium range, do not make quick movement.

start the car. RPM should be higher than normal. let it idle for 3-4 min. and go for 3-5 miles drive. do not accelerate hard.come back to garage and let it run another 3-5 min. RPM should stabilize by that time.

all these codes for throttle control system.

^.
sorry, I forgot that gen 5 doesn't have throttle by wire sysytem.
so all these steps probably wouldn't do anything.

thank for the info. I ran through everything just to see and it helped the idle alot.
So I went and drove it. all it would do is coast it never would accelerate when i gave it gas. it would maintain about 20 mph the rpm's never fluctuated. when i parked it and put it in neutral and pushed the gas pedal it would accelerate to about 2500 rpm and that was the most. not sure whats goin on.
