i heard vineger works. but i don't want to damage the paint. do i dilute it? or straight distilled vinegar?

I posted the same problem a few moths back the only thing I found to work was a razor blade, windex then some wax to make it shine

Yes I did search that section but it didnt work I tried vinager, glass polish and loads of ther crap I nothing worked until I got a razor blade and it worked like a charm I removed the water stains in about 20 min then I waxed the windows.
