I would have the crank and cams line up to the timing marks before removing the belt. I made the mistake of removing the timing belt on a Nissan which was an interference engine and I had to spend a while to turn both the crank and cam in sync to prevent valve damage. Also disconnect the battery to prevent accidental start-up. Other than that, include the basic service like water pump, idler, and maybe seals.
