there is a fuse box inside the engine bay right next to the intake and also a second fuse box just under the steering column, to be honest i dont kno which fuse it is but it should say in the owners manual, i blew the fuse for my fog lights and i found it thru the manual

Is there water or fluid in the tank?

Can you hear the pump motor spin when you toggle the washer?

The pump motor might be locked up, or a hose might be broken. Fill the thing up, get a friend to toggle it while you put an ear down to listen for the pump, see if anything puddles up.

If it blew a fuse then there is likely a reason such as a shorted motor in which case you need to replace the pump motor.

If the tank is full, you hear the pump, nothing pools, then look at the nozzles and see if they are clogged.

You can look for the right fuse all day but that is not likely the problem. Read what I said earlier, follow the directions and report back.
