Got a question. Does anyone know the part number for the cable that connections from the head unit to the USB port? Also, is the USB port part of the cable? If anyone can help me with the part number or name that would be great. Been searching google for 4 hours now.
On a side note, I can connect my iPod to this USB port and using the steering wheel controls to control the iPod right?

Funny I never plugged my darn ipad into it. Just my portable hard drive (little western digital) 500 gigs of songs. An some functionality on steering wheel
Luna2, thanks for the link but I wonder if that comes with the wiring too.
judge34411, I would be careful with the hard drives. Spinning disc inside + road vibration + potholes = HDD failure. Look into SSD, they dont go bad with vibration.

Thanks! Will do. Just out of curiosity, any particular reason you chose this dealership? It happens to be close to where I work.

EDIT: Sent them an email. Crosses fingers.
I requested a quote for a 2011 XLE OEM rim/tire and TPMS and the quote was very fast and the shipping price was good, too. My hang up was all of my local dealers want to charge me over $100.00 to program it into my car (the procedure takes less tan 10 min. to do, could be done before writing up of the service order is completed).

I got their reply but they said they will not be able to track it unless they have a car with that radio in it. This seems impossible to find (ive been Googling for hours)

Toyota keeps a tight reign on their parts system.... Only the dealer$ can locate the numbers you need.
You might look in a salvage yard for the parts....

Thanks for the warning, I actually purchased it just for that got it second hand for about 30 bucks. Still running fine after 1 year, and if it dies no big deal all is backed up.
An living in Quebec (we have the worst roads) and driving an SE (harder suspension) I am surprised it has not bit the farm.
