looking for some great mod ideas for my SE.

hey guys. just got a 2011 camry SE in june . looking to do some mods too it. Being in jersey im avoiding tints and rims, Roads are terrible and cops are annoying here. I dont have great luck with police either.

But i have already done the fogs and headlights HID. 8000k headlights. I replace my license plates lights with led. Next week will do full interior conversion to LED.

what else could i do as far as mods. Although I like the factory sound of my SE. looking to add a amp and sub tube to system. Probably a aftermarket din with gps and cam.

But the thing i really need help with is the racing mods. I would like to really speed up the car and start racing a bit on the tracks. Can anyone suggest some stuff and how to do it. I would like to keep my car unassuming on the outside but kick azz on the inside..

that's why i call it "Bruce Wayne "

Welcome.

If you do a bit of reading on the forums and get accustomed to it, you'll find that there is no mods to help "speed up" your car. If you want to add more power to your car, you'll have to add a turbo kit which can cost you $6,000-$8,000. If you're looking for something cheap and affordable, there is nothing.

Look at peoples UPDATE threads to get some ideas and look on cardomain.com. Everyone has their own style of mods and there are some you may not like and some you will.

Since like you said, you're in Jersey. You don't want to get rims or tints cuz you have bad luck with cops. So say for instance you splurge and get a turbo installed, what makes you think cops wont stop you? When you do turbo, you'll have to change the exhaust and the engine would be louder. If you wanted something for the tracks with more power, you should of gotten a different car.

Pics and info can all be found on my cardomain. I went for a clean but unique look that is different from other Camry's on the road. Taking my car to shops or dealerships, they compliment me on how the car looks. That's without the car being lowered or having flashy rims. At the same time, I don't want my car to stick out like a sore thumb where if I pass a police car, I'd have flashing lights behind me.

If you have a v6 like I do, thats more than enough power. There is a user by the name of Punks_Not_Dead5 who has a Gen 5 Camry and takes it to the tracks. He doesn't even have a turbo in it but still takes it to the tracks.
