cylinder 1 and 3 spark... 2 and 4 no spark all coils good

please help the motor (2.4) overheated, did head job. now that i got it all back together it wont start. somehow i ended up with 3 out of 4 coil packs dead. it ran fine before it was over heated. now that i have 4 known good coils i only get spark from cylinder 1 and 3. i hooked up a noid to the fuel and get constant pulses on cylinder 1 and only one pulse on cylinder 3. any help would be greatly appreciated.

check for voltage on the outer two wires of each harness to the coils and all 4 have 12 volts coming in
