2011 Camry Tail lights tint help???

Yooo Wuddaaaap TN.....ok this might be the stupidest thread but I'm planning on tinting my tailights soon and was wondering if you guys could show me ideas and pics to help me make my decision......

What i was planing on doin was tinting the white part only but that might look too awkward

I would PM Punks_Not_Dead5 (can't remember exactly how his TN name is spelled), he's gotten his tails tinted and knows a lot about it, more than I do.

I c he has the gen 5..... I'm not going to be Doing the tint myself ohnonon...but do you've would have any pics of 2010-2011 tinted tails??

I personally don't but I'm sure there's someone on the site who does. I almost got mine tinted once, couldn't do it at the last minute though. Kind of a long story.

I would go with a static cling tint for them, just incase you have a run in with with Johnny Law, and it will save you from having to buy new tails when its inspection time as it will not pass. at least thats here in TX and i know a bunch of inspectors here in town.

Well i was playing around a pic of the my cam n this is how I want the tint to look like....I know it lux like crap but its close enough

I dont even think they make the static cling tint like this...but oh well

I used night removed my tail lights and taped it off...its holding up pretty good

Those look nice! I've been on the fence on whether I should leave the strip or not. The strip is where the brake lights are, so only the turn signals are weaker due to the tint. Solid doesn't look shabby either..

I just bought brighter bulbs and it turned out fine....the turn signals anyway aren't that great especially with the LED brake lights which are bright!

No Question. Tinted, blacked out or smoked looks nice. BUT, I would go to a local PA garage that does state inspections and get an idea if what you want will pass state law. They will have a good idea. You don't pass the law and you could be held liable for any one rear ending you, and your insurance could be void.

Better safe than sorry

u cant tint your tails in most places. others it just has to be visible from a certain distance
