Help! Multiple CEL's

Hello,
I have Toyota 2007 Camry XLE 3.5 liter V6 w/ 64000 miles. I have a total of 12 trouble codes with 7 misfires with codes P0300 through P0306. I also have P0325 have ignition coil B. As well as repeats P0300 through P0303 but there’s a pd following the codes. I’m planning on replacing the engine coil but I can’t find anywhere how the cylinders are numbered. (Maybe)
Questions
1. How is the engine’s cylinders numbered?
2. What does PD mean following trouble codes?
3. How does one engine coil equate to misfires on all cylinders?
Any help would be greatly appreciated…
