USA 2005 Camry clock button stuck

The clock minute button is stuck in depressed. I tried pulling on it with needle nose pliers but I didn't want to use too much force. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Have you ever tried poking it with a pencil or something similar?

Thanks to both of you. I got a pencil and a needle. Didn't get to the needle as pushing in dislodged it. :-)
