I found a set of Blizzaks 205/65/16 mounted to some steelies from an '06 Avalon for cheap locally. Would these work for me on an '07 SE lowered with TRD springs? I currently have the 18" TRD wheels. Would I need new lugs as well?
I think you need a set of 18" tires. You need new lug nuts for TRD wheels. Mounting tires doesn't need lug nuts. Are you looking for dedicated winter tires?

I'm using TRD wheels too, but I'm running on all-weather-season tires, not winter tires. You can think about your preferences such as: tread life, performance,... and look up on Tirerack website.

I have all season tires on my TRDs as well. They are pretty much useless in New England come January. I'm looking for a set of winter wheels. I just want to know if the wheels/tires I found will work.

I'm not pretty sure if you can fit your 16" tires in the TRD wheels.

That's not my question. I only mentioned that I have the 18" TRD wheels on there now.
Let's start over. I found a set of 205/65/16 mounted to steel wheels from an '06 Avalon. Can I use these on an '07 SE with TRD springs?
i don't see why not, as long as the overall diameter of the wheel/tires is fairly close to what you had stock, and the offsets are correct. and yes, i'm fairly certain you will need new lug nuts. most steel wheels use acorn seat lug nuts, where as your TRD wheels probably use shank style lug nuts.

Thanks for the info. I have 225/45/18s on there now.
should be ok in terms of overall wheel/tire diameter. do you know the offsets of the wheels you are thinking of buying? i'm not knowledgeable on offsets for the gen 6, but there are plenty of people on the forums who can help you if post that info.

They will work. Same lug pattern and an offset within our range of ~35-50. Look like a good set. I do not see why the lugs wouldnt work either, but a set of lugs are cheap.
