Gen5 What should I do with my gen 5 (2004 LE v6) camry

I have a LE v6 with like 36k miles on it. The car was bought used for my grandma with i think 15k miles in 05. My grandma drove the car for a couple years but then eventually got sick, and passed in january of 2010. In September i got the car with maybe 26k miles and have been using it since. I love the car, the trans shifts very smooth and it is a very quick car. I had gotten my license 3 months prior to using the car and drove a 1991 f150 with about 170k miles so anything after that would seem blazing fast but still. I'm currently in college right now, and I dont think I would ever think of selling this car but I have always wanted a faster pony or muscle car. The camry is quick dont get me wrong but unlike a civic, accord, prelude, integra i dont feel that I could ever get bolt on parts to enhance performance. The kbb value of my car is roughly 12k. The camry is in excellent condition, as I have always washed the car regularly by hand and had waxed the car once every 6 months. Only blemish the car has is some paint chips on the passenger side door panel, and a small dent on the passenger side door probably from someone hitting it with a door in a parking lot. I know this car would last easily until 200k miles most likely but would it be better to keep or sell?

^keep it for this reason, at least until you're through college. people at college don't seem to care too much about other people's property. it's also reliable and not an added expense... there's plenty of time to get a faster or muscle car later on.

Keep it. Very low miles and you can get a lot more miles out of it, just keep up on the regular maintenance.

Fast cars = trouble for most kids these days...

It'd be a nice car to keep, but you could get a lot of money if you sold it.

There are plenty of cars for a couple thousand dollars that can serve you well while in College.

Something a bit more fun . ? .

^this.

38k miles on an '04 is silly low.. Mine has 190k

fast cars ARE trouble for most young drivers, and will cost $$$ to maintain/operate it..

keep it through college, get a good job, and trade it in on exactly what you want.. I'd love to buy a new car right now, and could afford it but why take on a monthly payment if I don't have to? especially since I'm still in school as well..

If you plan for long term storage, I suggest you to bring @ Toyota Dealer to change the coolant, as is due 5 years or 100k miles, so it won't rust or overheat after a few year is sitting inside the garage. Also, take the battery out or place an automatic charger to keep the charge at optimum level so the battery won't be dead.
