2009 Toyota Camry-knocking noise when hit bumps

I have a 2009 Toyota Camry. I started hearing this knocking noise(really loud pop) from the rear. I have read the TSB's about a knocking noise coming from the "Spring Bumper" from the strut assembly and they are all facing the correct way. And there was also a TSB for a knocking noise from the "Roof Structure." The dampening bonds come apart and makes a knocking noise. I was wondering if anyone has had any of these noises or know of any other things that could make that type of noise. I've replaced a strut mount in the right rear and that did not fix the problem. Any help would be appreciated as my husband and I are being transferred to Italy and I would really like to get this issue resolved before we leave. Thank you.

are you sure the noise is coming from the rear? when its the roof struture it can translate all along the roof. i've seen plenty of these and there is a TSB for installing felt between the body panels on the front corners of the sunroof, doesn't seem like it would work but it makes it so quiet. is the noise coming when you go up driveways and really flex the body?

Right rear quarter panel, two metal pieces hitting each other upon any sudden movement in the car. I already had this problem fixed on my 2011 SE with only 6500 miles! Do yourself a favor and head to your nearest dealer, they can fix this within a day. BEWARE* your head liner in the back might not come back into place as snug as factory.

It started off to where it would only do it occasionally and now it does it every time I drive the car. It does it when the is twisted I guess I would say. It happens when i'm turning onto a road that is unlevel with the road i'm coming off of. And I can get it to do it almost every time. Sometimes it will do it when I'm backing out of a parking spot. It definitely sounds like a loud pop/clunk out of the rear. I have had several people ride with me and they all say they hear it from the rear also. But I have noticed now that the weather is cooler that it is not as loud. Thank you for the suggestions.

I have a clunk to, and it seemed to get worse. It sounds about the same as the unfastened seat belt latch hitting the plastic next to it. So, I fastened the seat belt and that's not it. Seems like front end, left side for sure. I wonder if it's that same problem I had with my 3.5 gen where the bolts that hold the entire control arm on get loose, like from after a rack&pinion replacement.
