Cool ABS & Brake light is on, how do i diagnose & clear these lights 06 solara

just need help diagnosing this. the mechanic is too much just to tell me the problem. also the anti-skid tire lights is on too.

First thoughts...
1) Check your brake fluid. Is it low? Top it off-but make sure it's not leaking.
2) ABS/wheel speed sensor went out. I had that happen in my last car and it caused all the above mentioned lights to come on.

The sensors at each axle can be tested with a multimeter from Harbor Freight. The front sensors can be unbolted and removed from each axle. The real sensors are much more difficult to remove. For the rear sensors, you have to remove the hub assembly from the suspension member and then the sensor has to be pulled out of the hub.
