'07 Camry "block assy, fusible" 82620-33030

Hello all,
My daughter has an '07 Camry.
Car wouldn't start. Battery had voltage. Realized that starter won't engage, blinkers inop, wipers inop, maybe radio too, but can't remember. (doesn't matter)
I traced it down to the part listed in title, one of the blue fusible blocks in front of under hood fuse box.
Lucked into finding it to be honest. Was tapping on things hoping for a stuck/pitted relay when blinker started working. (was using that as a visual cue of finding cause) Found that when you push on the rear of that fusible block that everything starts to work and car will start. Daughter had to pop hood a couple of times today to push down on this part so car would start.
So, does that part just pull straight up and out?
I wouldn't guess the part is bad if reseating it allows proper operation, unless some connectors are loose. Since I haven't removed it I don't really know how it seats.
A google search of part # shows they are available and cheap enough, but no pic to give a hint on removal.
Any suggestion would sure help us out.
I searched the part # and "fusible" here but didn't find this info...

maybe this link....FUSE Location/Word for Headlights

i do believe the fuse box is bolted down, so look for screws on the sides and at the bottom..how many..??? i cannot say for sure. they might be a size 8mm maybe a 10mm..????. when you go to the link i provided, just scroll down to the picture of the fuse box.

i hope this will provide you with some information. there is at least one picture there, but if there are yet other links with-in that thread, then search from that point. for now, it was all that i was able to find, as i remember someone else asking for the fuse box information and such.
