AC Evaporator flakes coming from vent - Warranty

I have a 2007 Camry SE. Over a year ago, I noticed flakes coming from the ac vents (dash and defrost). I took it to a Toyota dealership and they replaced the evaporator for about 1000 dollars. About May of this year I noticed it started flaking again. Took it back but they said they couldn't see anything wrong using their scope. Since then I have moved and am noticing the flakes more and more now. The warranty on the evaporator is about to expire within a week.

Do I have to take it back to the original dealership to get them to perform a warranty repair? Is it almost certain am I going to have a hassle on my hands to get them to fix this?

All OEM replacement parts should have a 2 year warranty, good at any dealer...
