Brake, ABS lights on, Speed, RPM & Temp gauge stop working?

New to the forum, my Mom has a 07 Camry with only 40k miles. Today she's coming from the store & said the Brake, ABS lights came on and Speed, RPM & Temp gauge stop working?

The car still drove fine but it freaked her out! After 1/2hr everything worked again?

Has anyone experienced this?

My wife had a '99 beetle and experienced something similar. In her case, there was a fuse box that was wired into the positive terminal on the battery and it was loose.

Agree with murph. Check the fuses related to these systems.

You should probably start a different thread about your issue instead of "hijacking" someone else's but check your brake fluid levels and see if they are not too low or too high.

My '07 Camry XLE just started doing the exact same thing. I'm curious as to if you ever figured this out. Any help would be most appreciated.

Just an update... We were having engine problems and after numerous call to corp Toyota refused to honor their warranty and repair the engine so we got rid of it and got a Honda!

We'll never deal with Toyota again!
