Gen6 Yes, another rim question

Guys, I know it's another rim question, but here's the situation. A guy near me is selling some 18" TRD rims for a really good price, but one is damaged. So, a two-part question:
1) Will these fit? I have no idea what they are other than they have a 5 bolt pattern (don't know if it's a 5x100 or 5x114) so I don't know if they'll fit my 2007 Camry.

2) I know there are rim repair places out there. Anyone know if the picture below could be fixable, and if you've had one fixed, what is usually the cost to repair those?

Take the pic to a rim repair shop cuz that's bad. I've had small bumps fixed for 60.

Not sure on that bolt pattern but if you know what they came off of it would help.

Im pretty sure those are 5x100 for scions, so they will not fit.

Yea i believe those are the tC TRD rims, and they won't fit, unless you get an adaptor that changes the bolt pattern.

They come in satin black as well, when i saw them i was drooling and mad because they wouldn't fit the Camry!!

I have the TRD rims from the xB.

I'll have to check those out. I was looking at these because the guy was getting rid of all 4 for $150 (because the one is damaged), which obviously is a ton cheaper than I've seen them for online.

I've got the stock 16" Alloys, but the owner that had it prior put some fairly major curb rash on 2 of them, and then mounted some really really crappy tires on them. So I am going to have to get new tires....might as well get nicer rims.

Mine are 19x8 with a +48 offset. Just so you know. They will probably look a bit tucked in the fender because of this offset, but you can get spacers to push them out if you choose to do so.
