camry hybrid navigation problem please help

Hi, I recently purchased a used 2010 hybrid camry and it is a really cool car. However, I am unable to input a street adress into the navsystem in the destination screen. I am able to input destinations only using the map. This is difficult and I am having heartaches. Can someone help me? Is this a problem with the nav system or programming. I have not messed with anything yet. I have read the manual over and over and done exactly as it says. for example when you press the destination button on the dash, the screen shows a lot of options, but the address option is grayed out and when you touch it nothing happens. When you touch the other options it works.

I can also search POIs only with phone number !!! All other options are grayed out!!! this is ridiculous. The voice command also does not work, even though the botton on the steering wheel is recognized in the diagnostic screen, which means the button works.

Does anyone know anything about this? I am very disappointed with the Toyota.

I also cannot get the voice commands to work although the button on the steering works fine.

This is a nav issue and you shoild return to dealership to have them fix or replace the headunit.
