How to adjust the height of the foglight beam on my 2011 SE
There are quite a few links in the sticky "Read Me:" messages, as well as links embedded in messages, to content on a site called www.camrystuff.com. I can't get any of these to work, is that site no longer up?
Sorry if I'm not aware of something I'm supposed to be. Specifically I'm trying to figure out to adjust the height of the beam of the foglights on my 2011 SE. I found one link that indicated there was a hole below them where a screwdriver could be used but I think the SE spoiler might cover that up.
On my 2009 SE, you don't use a screwdriver. You actually have to use a socket wrench. There is a bolt and its behind the headlight. So you'll have to go through the engine bay
that website used to contain service manuals for many camry generations, but it was illegal to host stuff like that so it got shut down
+1 In fact, back when camrystuff was still operating our censorship option would not have allowed that name to appear in our forums, but since they're defunct the censor option has been removed. Like Bandit mentioned, copyrighted material provided for free is not allowed under any circumstances.

To access the fogs, you'll have to loosen/remove the plastic guards.
Also, I missed the part about the foglights. But why are you adjusting the foglights? I hope you're not looking to aim them up. They're meant to aim lower to the ground and used for fog purposes although, we like the look of it.

I just want to get them up to level, they are below that at present. Which "plastic guards" do you mean?

Since the fogs are stock, they are already leveled to factory specifications. They are not suppose to be used as headlights. Aiming any higher will probably blind on coming traffic and cars in front. There is a reason why they are low. With your 2011, the fogs itself have a bigger opening than 2007-2009 Camry's.
The plastic guards I'm talking about are under the car. 2011 should have them. They should be held in place with plastic clips and attached to the front lip of the car.
Like bandit said, you have to get under the car and remover splash guard/shroud ( plastic in 2 pieces) and then most likely remove bumper/SE grill entire piece to get a good angle and view of adjustment.
The splash guard is secured via screws AND the plastic OEM lock pins.
To do this, if you're anywhere over 5'4" and 100 lbs, you'll want to lift the car otherwise it's going to be a cramped event with difficult view of what you're doing. At the least drive to edge of curb to have bumper off it's edge (city bootleg way)
I have had this done twice already (MUCH easier car lifted!) for other mods, but never needed to adjust fog lamps. Can you post a pic of why your fogs looks so bad with the need to be adjusted upward.
I have MTec blue/white Cosmos and would cause a 20-car pile-up if I raised my fog beam angle
