2007 all dash lights on issue

Well let me start from the beginning. Last sunday I was waiting at a stop light and a lady in a saturn comes out of nowhere and rear ends me. My bumper comes half off. That tuesday i left it with the body shop they said i would need a new bumper and had some damage on the other side of the bumper/frame or something like that. My car was done mid day thursday and i grabbed it friday morning. Friday and saturday I drove it around worked fine.

Today... I left my house to head to a friends house. All my dash lights came on the vsc, the brake, abs, tcs, check engine etc. Also my tachometer was moving but not my speedometer. The odometer would not register how many miles I was going either. It's weird i tried turning it off and on because i know at times i'll start the car th vsc, tcs, and a few other lights come on and stay on but off and on it goes away. But yea i'm thinking either something happened at the body shop or from the initial accident itself. I had scheduled to take my car to the toyota dealership this wednsday to get my ouil changed. since i had reached 45k miles and my maint reqd light came and stayed on.

Hopefully they can check it out and figure out what the issue might be. Any of you guys know what could be the issue? I really don't want to drive it around but i have to go to work.

Also what i tried to do was manually shift gears going from l-2-3-4-D and that got the speedometer moving once more and all those lights aside from the maint reqd light went away... and then after about 3-5 mins the lights came back on.

UPDATE: my friend and i used his OBDII-Reader to read the code that was on the car. two codes came up P0500 and another one said P0500 p/d he informed me that meant pending but it never went away. But looking up that code seems to have to do with the vehicle speed sensor. so have to get that checked out.

i would take it back to the body shop, most reputable shops have a lifetime warranty on thier work..... the brake/vsc lights are probably due to a sensor that was damaged in the accident or repairs and it should be covered

I.work @ an auto auction and from my experience when some one jumps these cars backwards it blows you main fuse causing all the lights to come on. I wonder if it was dea
D and the shopnjumped it backwards.
