2002 camry w/ jbl stereo

alright im new to posting in forums but i am experienced in the topic at hand. i have looked all over for answers to this question and ive found many different answers but none that coincide. so i am/want to install a pioneer-deh-p7800mp stereo into my friends 02 camry. not difficult ive done it many times to various cars...even to my 01 camry. but she has a jbl system. so my question comes down to what are my options.

shes not the type of person who wants her music necessarily loud or anything. all she wants is an aux port to be honest. and as far as the factory speakers go..i love my factory speakers so i dont think i need to change hers. so down to the questions

1. should i/ do i have to bypass the jbl amp?

2. if i bypass the amp do i have to change the speakers(are the speakers 4ohm or 2 ohm?

3. if i can/ should use the factory amp, how will that effect audio quality?

im asking these questions bc ive heard some say that you have to bypass and others say that you dont have to. some say that the speakers have to be changed others say they arent sure if they have to or not. ive also heard that using the factory amp returns distortion so im just looking for an all around question....i am not changing her speakers out. i guess basically im looking at my options
