2010-2011 Camry 2.5L needed for development. Free K&N product!
Hello ToyotaNation,
K&N is looking for a 2010-2011 Toyota Camry 2.5L for development, most likely for an intake system as we already have an air filter and oil filter available. I can't be sure it's for an intake system as that's not my department, but it's very likely.
Anyway, if you loan us your vehicle for the R&D process, we'll hook you up with a free intake system for your time and trouble. To submit your vehicle, see our website here. *edit* and for your reference, we're in Southern California in a city called Riverside.
Finally! I would like to think pestering you at The Pursuit 3 last month made a difference haha. I submitted my car for testing. I only go to school twice a week so its no problem to drive back and forth as needed

Of course. If they allow me to drive back and forth (only car I have), I can go over this Wednesday then repeatedly on Monday and Friday for pretty much most of the day (class on Tuesday/Thursdays only). I have both an iPad and a Touchpad so I can wait there. Its a nice factory to be in since the Drive@ and Import@ university car clubs went there 2 years ago for a tour.
To Matt:
My name is under "Isaac Lam" just for reference. Thanks!

Isaac,
Thanks for submitting your vehicle. Our R&D dept will contact you when we need it, if we need to borrow yours.

Awesome, thank you Matt! Hopefully I get chosen. Oh, can you also put that I have a TRD exhaust sans resonator in my description as well? I forgot to put that in so I'm not sure if that would affect your choices or not. Thanks!

OMG. I used to go to UCR. If I was still there, I'd be so down.
I'm actually a UCR alum. Small world...

We won't develop an intake if it doesn't make more horsepower to the wheels and all of our horsepower claims are backed by our horsepower guarantee and are dyno proven. We have dyno charts for all of our intake systems available on our website, and we don't post the highest gain of all the runs. We do multiple runs on 3-5 vehicles and post a conservative estimate of what customers can realistically expect.
And as it's a Camry it's the front wheels, not the rear wheels
