Gen6 Rim Offset Question (Yes, I Searched Already)

Hi guys, I am looking at getting a set of cheap rims for the 2008 Camry Hybrid I just got.

I already have a set of practically new 215/55R17 winter tires in the garage from my previous 2007 Camry SE V6.

I know you need a 17" x 7" rim for those.

On Tirerack, the rim in question is offered in two options:

Offset of 40mm and Backspacing of 5.63"

OR

Offset of 48mm and Backspacing of 5.93"

Which version would safely fit my Camry without any issues, need for longer lug bolts, etc?

Thank you kindly.

I have 17x7 with +40 offset for sale supercheap just so to get them out of my garage. They are straight and no bends, but they have curb rash(from the previous owner) but i only wanted them for winter rims, but i just bought a winter car and i have no need for these.

Let me know if you want to see pics etc.

To answer your question, both work fine. +48 will be tucked somewhat, +40 will be out towards the fender (5mm more than stock). I had no problems with the rims mentioned above and i'm lowered.

I'd like to see them and see how much you'd ship them for....
