2011 Camry LE Stereo Problem

I brought my car back to the dealer last week because my stereo volume keeps dropping for no reason while driving and I have the ASL turned OFF. the dealer said unless they can duplicate the problem there is nothing they can do. Anyone else having the same problem or have any insight for me? i just got the car in july

Use a wide angle video camera and record it happening. Make sure to have your steering wheel and rest of the dash in the shot to prove it to them
